General Conditions – Sables Émouvants

Booking Procedures: Once the details of your stay in Morocco are confirmed with us, please send your booking request via email to: info@circuits-au-maroc.com

Please indicate the following information in your message:

• The name of the chosen tour, if it is not customized
• The number of nights
• The dates of stay (and if possible, your flight times)
• The agreed price per person
• The number of participants, with their names and ages

Upon receiving your request, Sables Émouvants will send you a confirmation by email, along with payment terms.

Payment Terms: To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% is required to be paid within 15 days of our agreement. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival or in advance, according to your preference.

 The reservation will only be considered final upon receipt of the deposit.

Cancellation Terms: In the event of cancellation by Sables Émouvants for reasons beyond our control, your deposit will be fully refunded, regardless of the date, or we will offer you a postponement of your stay.

The date of receipt of the email will be used to calculate the following fees:

• More than 30 days before departure: €50 administration fee
• Between 30 and 21 days: 20% of the deposit retained
• Between 20 and 8 days: 50% of the deposit retained
• Less than 8 days before departure: 100% of the deposit retained

No additional compensation can be claimed.

Reservation Modifications: Change of Dates or Program: Any modification request (dates or program) must be sent no later than one month before your arrival to: info@circuits-au-maroc.com We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Modification of Duration, Number of People, or Services: For any other modification (number of participants, duration of stay, additional services), please send your request by email.  These modifications may lead to a price adjustment.

Complaints: If you are not fully satisfied with the services provided, please submit your complaint before leaving Moroccan territory.  Complaints made afterwards will not be taken into account.

Liability: We ask you to carefully follow the safety instructions given by our guides and drivers. Sables Émouvants cannot be held responsible for incidents, accidents, or damages resulting from reckless personal initiatives.

Insurance and Civil Liability: Each traveler must have personal civil liability insurance. We strongly recommend subscribing to multi-risk insurance that includes:

• Medical expenses
• Repatriation assistance
• Loss or theft of luggage

Check with your insurer or bank before your departure and make sure to bring the necessary documents and emergency numbers.

Personal Data Protection: The personal information you provide to us is treated with the utmost confidentiality and will only be shared with our partners when necessary for the smooth execution of your trip.

In accordance with the "Informatique et Libertés" law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, and oppose your data. To exercise this right, please send us your request by email or mail, specifying your name, surname, and address.
